nuROOT is a mixed-use project located on the Welton Corridor in The Five Points Cultural Historic District in Denver. The development strives to create a sophisticated environment and “Innovation Office Space” to growing, creative businesses that have passed their incubator stage and developed into established companies. The project includes roughly 18,000/sf of commercial, residential, retail and restaurant space and is slated for development in the next 3 years.
