nuROOT is an innovative and intimate mixed-use office building and special event space located on the north end of the Welton Corridor in Denver's Five Points Cultural Historic District. The 5,000 sf development, completed in 2023, features:
- workstation and break-out spaces;
- numerous outdoor spaces including a secluded courtyard, covered terrace, and landscaped seating pockets;
- a cathedral ceiling multi-purpose flex space with an opening wall system, A/V, ceiling projection, and balcony seating (seats 25 comfortably, 50 in standing room only configuration);
- 2 soundproof meeting pods with A/V;
- 20-person, 6-person and 2-person conference rooms with A/V;
- a makerspace with everything from 3D printers to sewing machines;
- 2 kitchenettes;
- 3 restrooms;
- 7 off-street parking spaces, including 1 ADA space, and nearby non-metered parking on neighboring streets
