“It is not the strongest or the most intelligent who will survive—but those who can best manage change.” — Charles Darwin

It is difficult, if not impossible, to have sustainable or innovative organizations without change. It is also difficult, if not impossible, to initiate change—on any level—without individuals choosing to change.

Recognizing this as a fundamental truth, sDC’s Organizational Design studio takes a human-centric approach to helping organizations, workgroups and teams identify and align with their goals around sustainability and innovation so they can achieve their highest level of value to both their internal and external communities.

Built around the tenants of Change Management, Transition Advocacy and Systems Thinking, sDC’s Organizational Design practice centers on the individuals that make up teams, workgroups and organizations—because they are the single definable element that can make or break an organization’s ability to grow and thrive.

By working from the inside out, we can identify barriers to success and craft initiatives that help organizations transition from where they are to where they want to be.
